PC Users:

  1. Download appropriate OCUP2007Update version listed in the Downloads section and save it to your computer (saving to your desktop is fine).
  2. Ensure that your Planner software is NOT running.
  3. Double click the OCUP2007Update file to begin the installation.

Installation will first copy necessary files and then launch an Expect update process to update the expectations content. This process might take 5 to 10 minutes depending on the speed of your computer. It is important to not interrupt the process once it has begun.

MAC users:

  1. Download appropriate OCUP2007Update version listed in the Downloads section and save it to your computer (saving to your desktop is fine).
  2. Ensure that your Planner software is NOT running.
  3. Extract the file to your desktop - an appropriate folder with the install components will be created.
  4. In the folder created, double click the Install icon.
